Part of the staff that was needed to complete the knowledge exchange to the Right shore teams will be moved within
Capgemini to start their new career once the knowledge exchange is finalized.
These employees will move to either a new role within the current business unit or a new role in another business unit.
Although it is not the role of the Service Engagement Staff work stream to find new jobs for the transferred resources,
they have to be handed over from the transition to the responsible manager.
